my Clint death on 4/9/2018 his return not filing til to day resin of family disptuits. can file return after 31/03/2019, his income not taxable
please Gide mi this matter.
can filing return AY 2018/19 after 31/03/2019 (with any penalty)

no... you cannot file after 31/03/19 under any section unless your assessee/legar heir of your assessee have been issued with 148 notice
