If a reporting entity has two types of information to be reported for example. 1. Relating to Time Deposits & 2. Relating to Cash Deposits, how to report the same? Do we have to upload two XML files separately or we have to consolidately file the information through a single XML file.

If we have to consolidately file the information. Please reply with how to generate a consolidated file.

My query Is –

 

We are required to submit Form 61 A for 2 reasons

1.Payment in cash for Rs,2,00,000/-

2.Issue of Shares

Can you pl guide me  , how to do it actually  on utility.

 

This is because when I change option on Instruction  page – all my previous data vanishes.

 

How to add data under different Transaction Type in same utility. Or should I submit details by generating 2 separate XML.

One report would include details of one person along with transaction details.

Whether Nil 61A is required to be filed?
