Is it mandatory to file hard copy of the return If an assessee has filed his half yearly service tax return on-line and the same has been accepted by the system.

my client is engaged in air line travel agent. whether i can apply 0.6% on domestic ticket, and 1.2% on international ticket insight of normal rate 10%. which one is better for me.
