Filing of revised ITR I
can I file a revised ITR I after the original ITR is assessed and refund is received

@ Mahesh,
You can file the Revise return u/s 139(5):
- Before the end of the relevant assessment year; or
- Before completion of the assessment
whichever is earlier.
Merely receiving refund doesn't mean your assessment has been done, you can still file your revised return within the time limit mentioned above.
