Can any buddy tell me What to Do if
Some body (HUF) has filed Return for A Y 2010-11 manually
And then again has filed e-Return subsequently for the same A Y 2010-11.

welll nothing to do in this case till get a notice from AO.
If the ITR-V of online return filed, is not sent to CPC, than there is no need to worry about.
else As dear CA Shivang said, "Wait for the AO notice."
