He has to pay tax on salary from both companies. But it should not result in payment of any additional tax.

Form 16 is required from both the employers in order to claim refund, if any pending.

all of the income earned during the year will be added for ITR and tax will be calculate accordingly.

What a silly question. for a Resident each and every income you earn is subject to tax. Specially salary income.
