Can income tax return be filed for PY 2006-07,2007-08,2008-09 and 2009-10 at the same time in AY2010-11 in the case of an individual?

You can file for PY 2007-08 with penalty, 2008-09 with interest and 2009-10 as normal.
you can file the return for PY 2008-09 (with penalty of Rs 5000+ interest) and PY 2009-10 as normal
