Hello Friends,
Can any body guide me that whether it is mandatory to file final offer circular of GDR/ADR etc. to ROC. ??????
If yes then in which e- form ? ??? Please treat the same as urgent.

I think no need to file GDR Offer Circular with ROC.
Only filed with stock exchanges where the company is listed.

Sir, thanks for ur kind answer.
But i think that it is mandatory. Please check again and if possible, provide any relevant case or company name for further clarifications. I think it is just like filing of prospectus.
please correct me, if I m wrong.
