An NRI got income accrued in India (Interest on Bank Deposits)

can he file his return?

Who will sign the Return?

Which ward he is supposed to file?

Yes the NRI should file his return of income.

Either the NRI can sign the return personally or through any of his authorised representative.

There is a seprate ward for non residents in Delhi, but that is of no importance as he can always efile his return.
