whether a private company in which a new director has been added needs to file mgt 14 for mbp 1 accepted from the new director after exemption given to private companies under notification dated 05.06.2015

MBP-1 not requried to file in MGT-14 to ROC as per notification dated 18th March 2015.

No MGT -14 & MBP-1 is required. DIR-12 along with DIR-2 is enough with interest in other entities.
