I want to file ITR for A Y 2018-19 now which is after the due date of 31/03/2019. is there any way or procedure to do so ? Kindly guide me please.

As such you cannot file ITR for AY 2018-19 now.
But if you have any TDS deducted in the year, and as such if any refund claim, you can file a condonation request with your ITO to condone the delay in filing ITR and as such missed refund claim.
If the request approved, you can file return u/s. 119(2)(B) of IT act.

Thanks mam for your reply, yes my client is salaried person and tds is also deducted. i will follow the procedure.

practically not possible to get approval easily in your case.
