A minor having NIL taxable income, after clubing of his income with fathter, desire to file his ITR onoline. As in case of minor ITR is to be signed by the father how the deails of father be filled-in in the verfication section of the ITR, in the column where PAN is required to be given in verification section it will take the PAN of the Minor but actually ITR is signed by the father so his PAN require there.

Dear Sir
When clubbing of income is done the amounts are filled in Parent's ITR whose Gross total income is higher. Say for eg if interest is earned by minor the amount will be clubbed In father's (if GTI is Higher) income from other sources in in income tax return. I hope it will solve your querry.
