ITR has different due dates then Company annual filing ,
For ITR Unless date extended its 30sep
while AOC 4 is within 30 days of AGM ( If AGM held on last deadline date i.e.30/09 then filing due date is 30 Oct and MGT 7 by 60 days i.e. 29 Nov ).
