Filing of itr-6: login problem

Hi,

I want to file e-return of a pvt ltd company but I do not have the password. The CA who was earlier managing this pvt ltd company is untraceable. So now that I have the following, how do I go about filing the ITR:

1) PAN Card of the Company

2) Digital Kit of a director of the company

3) All other details of the company like MOA, AOA, Accounts etc. which ofcourse are not relevant for filing the return sinec I've already prepared the return.

Note that the 'Forgot Password' facility also wouldn't help since I do not know the secret question/answer. So what is the way out here?

Dear Yash, You may go to forgot password option select the option of Enter previous years CPC Acknowledgement number instead of secret question, thereafter you can reasign the password.

Thanks although I should have mentioned that the company hasn't filed its 1st income tax return yet since its incorporation in 2009. However, the login id has already been created in incometaxefiling.gov.in
