Filing of income tax return without having form 16

My client is working as an appraiser in the bank.For 2014-15,the bank didn't update Form 16 but at the end of the year TDS amount was deducted from his bank account.How shall I file the return without knowing the TDS Challan No. and other details relating to TDS?
