filing of income tax return
Sir , I am A salarized person and my salary is less than exemption limit , No Tds is deducted from my account ? whether I can file return after 31st August ? If Yes , whether it is subject to any penalty ? plz guide.

Yes, penalty of Rs. 1000/- will be levied.
no less dan exemption limit there is no penal provision for below 250000
