A dealer exclusively supplying services will be required to file HSN wise detail in GSTR1 or not??

if exceeding rs 1.5 cr then YES , u have to provide HSN wise summary detail in GSTR

if your turnover below 1.5 crore than no need to file HSN /SAC

In unit and quantity column nothing mentioned... Just provide SAC CODE AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

no descripttion not compulsary ... you can put goods name as descripttion ...
