if exceeding rs 1.5 cr then YES , u have to provide HSN wise summary detail in GSTR
but then what we 'll mention in unit and quantity column??
You can mention any number

if your turnover below 1.5 crore than no need to file HSN /SAC
In unit and quantity column nothing mentioned... Just provide SAC CODE AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
but sir unit and quantity is mandatory

Unite- Others
HSN- Mentioned SAC code

no descripttion not compulsary ... you can put goods name as descripttion ...
