If the company has issue shares under automatic route, company is required to file FC -GPR within 30 days to regional office of RBI. Just clarify what type of checklist you need.

Please tell me, is there any penalty for filling FC-GPR late? if yes, what is the amount ?

The revised FC-GPR form has to be filed hrough the AD-I( circular 44 dt. 30-05-2008)
