As on date, Form 23AC & 23ACA for the year ending 31.3.2012 is not available. We have some companies which were formed in FY 2010-11 but the accounting year ends on 31.03.2012. I am not able to file the Balance Sheet as on date. The due date of AGM was 9.7.2012. As per rules, Balance Sheet is to be filed (Form 23AC & Form 23ACA within one month fromthe date of AGM. In case the revised Form is not loaded by the MCA on website, whether I will be charged additional fees as per the rules?

I agree but as there is delayed in uploading new version of forms by MCA its self, I think they vl provide some relaxation............,,may b in terms of time or penalty..,

As per circular 21/2012, dated 02.08.2012 regarding non - XBRL Company's filling of accounts without any additional fees upto 15th September, 2012 or within 30 days of AGM whichever is latter.
