Hi,
Is company required to file FC GPR in case of first allotment of shares when the foreign investor is subscriber to MOA and the funds are recieved at the incorporation of the company.

As per my knowledge, it must be filed, because in the form itself, it ask whether its an existing company or new company. It means, new companies are also required to file the FC GPR form.
The form FC-GPR has to be filed even in case of first allotment.
