Can we file Balance Sheet and Annual Return in Form 23AC & ACA and Form 20B by simply mentioning Sd/- in place of actual signature of directors. Is this a legal method. Share your experience.
Let me tell you that i am following this method from last 2 years and all the forms are approved at MCA portal and properly reflected in the Master Data of my companies.

Yes i check it with my friend and its allowed. His return is also accepted.

I would like to update you all regarding filing of BS with Sd/- signing.
As informed by my learned friend it is very much possible legally. For support you may check the instruction kit attached with Form 23AC.
For ready reference please find the same attached herewith and read first page.
