I am willing to file for Form ADT-3 for my resignation as a statutory auditor of the company but the company is not accepting it Since ADT-3 is a physical form and required to be attached eForm GNL-2 which requires Digital Signature of Director/Managing Director of the Company how shall I submit my resignation to ROC.?
