Is it mandatory to file ADT-1 in case of appointment of first auditors of the company in the board meeting.

Dear sir,
first auditor of the company shall be appointed by the board of directors of the company with in 30 days from the date of incorporation of a company
The same is subject to the approval of members in first AGM. when the appointment of auditor ratified by the members in AGM Adt-1 is to be filed with in 15 days of AGM
