Condonation request (for filing ITR) is to be filed offline...
Yes, I also think it is to be filed offline, because when Im trying to file online request for condonation, it says 'No records found'
Yes, that online facility not started yet... May be planned for future......
But you will be able to file return online, after receiving approval.... which is intimated online.
