BOOKS ARE NOT MAINTAINED,BUT BILL BOOKS ARE IN ORDER AND AVILABLE.
WHAT IS TO BE DONE NOW TO GET EVERYTHING IN ORDER.

Prepare the books of account according to the bill book, bank statement and TDS certificates at the earliest.
However for the purpose of filing return only return for the F. Y. 2008 - 09 & F. Y. 2009 - 10 can only be filed in ITR - 5
