27 August 2019I worked in USA for the F Y 2018-19. Federal Tax was deducted from my salary . How can i claim the tax deducted while filing the income tax return in India ?
Here I Went to US for employment purpose only . I stayed less than 60 during the F Y 2018-19. and I stayed more than 365 days in the preceding 4 financial years.

HOPE .... you stayed less than 60 in INDIA, during the F Y 2018-19.
If yes, then your statue for FY 2018-19, is NRI (as per IT act)
No need to declare foreign income in ITR, by NRI.
