In form 16 issued by bank for pensioners the amount considered in salaries is more as compared to form 26 AS and tds is also not appropriate. I have contacted the branch but there seems to be no appropriate reply soon. Which one should I consider to file the itr ?

You can declare the actual amount of pension received by you. When the amount declared is more than as mentioned in form 26AS, no query will be raised.

You have to show the amount in itr which is reflected in form 16

Can I claim the amount that is mentioned in 26 as only.
