while filing gstr3b it is not showing tax on outward and reverse inward supplies. only showing eligible ITC and interest and late fee.

You have to click the "Back" button where you will reach a list of questions with the heading "Please answer the following questions to enable us to show relevant sections".
Then, for question no. B. (Have you made any supplies of goods/services...) you have to select "Yes". This option was probably answered as "No" and hence you couldn't see the sections for Tax on outward supplies and reverse charge.
