Filing Form 32 -Director has died & DIN not available

which form to be filled for resignation of Director?

 hey niktia i read your opinion in respect of DIN 3 Could you please help me out as well. i wanted to din 3 for a company which incorporated in 22/12/1997 and din 3 for the 2 director( appointedat the time of incorporation )  were not filed that time , now when i am filing din 3 for the same it is occuring presrecutiny error . kindly let me know how can i file din 3 for them .

What is the time limit for filling form 32 and other form s relating to appointment of new directors of a pvt. ltyd. co. whose EGm is held on 19.07.2010. in respect of this purpose.
