Kindly advise whether we need to Fille Form 25 A to ROC also when we are filing it to C.G for seeking Approval for Appointment of managing Director in more than 2 Companies?

yes u have to file 25A within 90 days to ROC ....section 316 says that when a application sent to central government then form 25A has to be filed with ROC within 90 days.
