Filing form 15ca without dsc

We are filing Form 15CA for a non-resident Indian who does not possess DSC. After downloading the Form 15CA utility from IT portal, we found that there is an option to upload without DSC. If we were to utilize the option, would that amount to any additional compliances on our part if we were to use the DSC?
