but it can for A.Y 2016-17

The filing date for AY 2015_16 is over. you can't file now. Though if you have any refund you can request a condonation and file it

sir maine pehle hi ay 13-14, 14-15 fie kar di hai agr ab 16-17 file karoo ga to 15-16 ka kya hoga ... or ay 15-16 mai mera tds be kata hai 9000... os year mai meri total taxable income 1,80,000 thi

see your liability to file return only arises if your taxable income is more than slab u may file in other cases also

If you will not file return then you may get a notice from department at that just prove that your income was 1,80,000
