File ITR 4?

110 views 1 replies
Sir,

I have been filing the ITR-4S which has now become ITR-4 for many years. I have Long term gain against capital in F.Y. 2017-18, which has become neutral because I have invested that gain to a new property.

Can I still file ITR-4?

Thanks in Advance .

you will have to file ITR 3 form.if any one having a capital gain then he can't take benefit of presumptive taxation mentioned u/s 44AD and 44AE.
