To suggest u as a friend do not give up ur career and ur self respect in any case. I myself has gone through bad phase in my Articleship with my privious employer where if would say i was doing job of a servant. You can think as much as you can but i can still say ur thinking will not reach upto 100% what i mean to say.
When a CA says take fake certificates think about it internally as he himself would doing a lot of fake things. Aise CA ki koi izzat nahi hoti.
According to me whatever Mr. Arjun has advised to u appears to be Good and also speak to ur parents also about it.
