If a director subjected to retire by rotation and is not elected by the Share Holders in a AGM of the company and he ceases to bea director therefater and in such a situation how the Form No.32 in respect of that director needs to be filed with the ROC/MCA.

His tenure ends on the date of AGM if not elected by the shareholders in the AGM. File form 32 with in 30 days of AGM for vacation of office.
