Dear All

This is the scenario of Fight against corruption. Anna Hazare won half the battle. In this scenario how a chartered accountant can help for curbing corruptions.

1) Frame a strong rules and Guidelines, Accounting and auditing standards for Government Audit.

Government and other regulatory body have framed enormous rules and guidelines for reporting and auditing for all the institutions.

But most interesting thing is no strict rules and guidelines for government audit.

This is the time reached to re draft strict rule which curb against corruptions.

Auditing of Government and its connected persons must be stringent and no room for making corruptions

2)     Compulsory audit for all PWD  contracts for the value exceeds certain limit, compulsory audit of Individual politicians ( MP and MLA) and submitting  exception reports to the public.

Normally the amount set aside by the government in the budget is not actually being utilised.

We are paying good amount in the form of taxes to the government, but unfortunately we are not getting the full benefit of what we pays to them.

Full amount taking from the government fund, but good percentage of the fund is swallowed by some of the intermediaries.  As a result, the public were not getting the full benefit, advantages.

New definition “Corruption by the people and all the people” and no commitment to the public.

Some other suggestion

Disqualification criteria. Life time Ban

If a cricketer buys money for betting, he will get a life time ban.

But if a politician takes bribe, then, we will make him life time minister.

If a political persons by bribe, then, life time ban for standing up in an elections.

Full recovery of scandal money from corrupted persons and utilise the same for public wellbeing.

Strict action for declaring Black money as national asset.

If black money is declared as national asset, it will automatically improve the standard of living of Public.

This is the money on which no tax has been levied.

But it is seems to be impractical since the money is deposited Out of India and the influence of the Black money holders to the public.
