1. Per day limit of cash transactions of Rs. 5,000 from unregistered dealers. Is that Rs. 5,000 for each unregistered person on particular day or Rs. 5,000 per day for all unregistered transactons

2. I can import goods for re-export by  payment of IGST & BCD and further claim refund, is that correct

3. My boys are located at customer’s place and executing Supply of Service. Should I register in that State or shall I invoice them on IGST from TN

4. Antiprofiteering rule for Service Industry

1. On reading the notification, it is clearly evident that the limit of Rs. 5000 per day is for all transactions with unregistered dealers. That means if you purchased item A for Rs. 2000 from one unregistered person and item B for Rs. 3500 from another unregistered person then definitely that limit of Rs. 5000 for the day has been crossed and you will be liable to pay GST under reverse charge.

Thanks Mr Ahmed,

Any clarifications on points 2,3 & 4?

2nd and 4th I will check once.
Regarding 3rd, can you explain me what type of Service is being provided by you?

Dear Mr Ahamed,

I am registerd in Tamilnadu and my client's site location is also in Tamilnadu. Bur Client's Corporate office is at Delhi and my boys stay there to prepare drawings and other documentation and get approval from them for execution.

One of the condition stipulated by client is that we have to station few technical staff at Delhi.

In such case should I register at Delhi?

As you don't have a fixed establishment/ place of business at Delhi, Location of Supplier of Service will be Tamil Nadu. It is not compulsory for you to obtain seperate registration at Delhi.

Place of Supply will be in Tamil Nadu if your client has seperate registration in TN. Or else, it will be in Delhi.

Thanks Mr Ahamed
