FEMA_Remittance of royalty

For remittance on account of royalty, Form TCR was required ealier (I presume under FERA). Whether the same form is still required in case the royalty remittance is within the limit of 5%/8% i.e. under automatic route? If no, is there ant specific form under FEMA which is required to be filled in and submitted for remittance of royalty outside India?
