You can verify the fees by loging into the roc website where you simply have to enter the amount and your state. the documents required for the efiling are stamped form 5, general meeting resolutions, altered memorandum and articles which you have to convert it to pdfand attach with the form 5.

If the registered office is in Rajasthan, it will be 0.5% of th increase in capital i.e0.5%of 45 lac.Likewise, the rates will be available at mca site.
