First of all no one can be 100% perfect in accounts or for that matter in anything (even the president of ICAI). But you always have the opportunity to improve. So please stop worrying that your concepts are not good or whatever, and start putting efforts to improve your situation. Good luck!
And no, you shouldn't quit your CA now. Else all your efforts, energy and time you've spend till now, will just go in vain........

No need to quit my friend. I would request you to keep working hard and focus on your goal.
Focus on conceptual clarity. Good writing and presentations skills are also very important for professional success.
All the best
