Weakness in one or two subjects is common, you have to inspect your attitude to cure the situation.
Learn it in Q & A way and make mental charts and use examples from daily life to undertstand provisions..ask a friends to test you and vice versa to clear interpretation/application of provsion.
think from multiple angles...Be a rationalist - think about logic.
Whatever you do the keyword here is 'attitude'...when you change it by simply wanting it to change, it will, believe me it will.

start studying chapter which seems most interesting...Just read out whole chapter completly Nd try to understand what is the...purpose of particular section..(Manish bandari book is good to easy understanding as per my experiece) also refer scanner by this you will able to get an idea about important topics...I To focus on your studies, you have to put aside ALL distractions, Nd look ONLY at your problem on hand right now...Meditation may help you.,,concentrate on your breath for 10 minutes bfre starting wid stdy...make your own questions while reading and with those same questions test yourself, with this you will find out how well you are doing or if you are ready for the test...Another thing would like to share is to do mindmaps. Mindmaps..a study tool that is highly recommended...Start by writing a heading in the middle and circle it.
DON'T GET DEPRESSED..this kind of frustration is very common..mostly while preparing for theory papers...stay positive....Best Wishes...!

Arvind it appears like you are more tensed and thinking too much, that may be one of the reasons why you are not able to concentrate. Remove negative thoughts from your mind and re-energize it towards your goal to clear your examination with flying color.
Yes, you can think of splitting your study pattern to work out practical problems which can induce self confidence when you feel bored and probably study law when you are fresh early in the morning or after a break. Listen to melodious music for some time, medicate or try doing some other thing which interests you for short time. You must also give adequate rest to your brain by taking breaks at frequent intervals. It is always better to do a qualitative study in small capsules than to strain your eyes and mind with quantitative time in front of books.
Wish you best of luck in your preparation and ensuing examination.

MAKE NOTES IN WRITING WHILE READING WHICH WILL HELP YOU TO RECOLLECT AND TO HAVE BETTER PRESENTATION IN YOUR EXAM. READ THIS HAND WRITTEN NOTES DAILY ONCE BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP. YOU WILL ENJOY THIS METHOD AND WILL GET YOU GOOD MARKS IN THE PAPER YOU FIND BORING.
