Please let me have details about procedure for FDI in Garment Industry. If a foreign individual wants to invest in Indian Garment Manufacturing company what is the procedure and is there any limit for the same.

if the business is manufacturing then 100% FDI allowed under automatic route in garment business.
For making investment the investee company needs to follow the specified procedure under the act through its Authorised Dealer
