We are a FCRA registered society. our registration valid from 01/06/2016 to 31/05/2021. We want to file annual return in FC - 4 form. We have create darpan id which is require for fcra online job. We also create user id and password in fcra website. But when we log in for FC- 4 form fill up (Annual Return) using id and password in next screen it shows "Thanks for using FCRA online services , you have successfully logged out". We don,t understand why it happen.
We are unable to access FC-4 form.
How can we file annual return.
please anyone help.
