We are a Private Limited Company with foreign investment. Can anyone please let me know if the FCGPR has to be filed by the company through the ebiz portal or through the AD Bank?

Hi,
You have to file FCGPR through Ebizz portal. Thereafter you have to submit hard copy of all the documents to the AD bank. after verification of hard copy of documents, AD Bank submit the form to RBI.
