Hi,

Pls can anyone share whether a CA certfiicate is also required while filing form FCGPR for issue of CCDS to foreign investors.

Share the format if possible.

Hi Neha,

Within 30 days of issue of shares a return in FC GPR - Part 'A' needs to be submitted with RBI through authorized banking channel with following documents:

1) Return in PART A of Fc-GPR Form

2) Certificate from practising CS regarding compliance of Notification No. FEMA 20/2000-RB dated 3rd May 2000

3) Share valuation certificate (Certificate from Statutory Auditors/ SEBI registered Merchant Banker / Chartered Accountant indicating the manner of arriving at the price of the shares issued to the persons resident outside India.)
