Can anyone provide me with info of returns to be submitted to ROC regarding receiptof foreign investments.

to roc u don't need to submit details except about allotment of shares which is done via eforms on MCA portal

for foreign reciepts u need to file form ARF within 30 days of reciepts of remittance online at ebiz portal
