FBT ON INHOUSE TRAINING EXPS

Inhousing training provided by the company for the employees- the fees paid to the Instructor/Tuitor, should be excluded from FBT

And any other expenses like food and bevearges should be liable to FBT under what head i think "Conference Expenses".

please can anybody confirm
