Hello Sir,
First of all FBT has been abolished by the Finance Act, 2009 so FBT is not applicable from FY 2009-10.
Had it been applicable, then the FBT is not payble on insurance prem paid by the employer.
FBT is ommited from finanace Act 2009 so there r no FBt levied now
actually that question comes in IT paper of bcom final for a.y 2009-10. thanks sunil sir
In the Assessment Year 2009-10 is FBT is applicable on cash gift?? or it was taxalbe in the hand of employee?
