NO FBT IS NOT DEDUCTIBLE FOR THE PURPOSE OF CALCULATION OF BOOK PROFIT FOR REMUNERATION TO PARTNERS. HOWEVER W.E.F FINANCIAL YEAR 2009-10, FBT HAS BEEN ABOLISHED, HENCE NO QUESTION OF FBT DEDUCTABILITY
